Our multi-station cold heading machine is a fully automatic high-efficiency cold forging equipment, specially developed for large-scale production of standard and non-standard fasteners as well as complex cold-formed parts. It integrates automatic wire feeding, straightening, cutting, multi-station upsetting and finished product discharging into one continuous production process, which significantly improves production efficiency and forming precision compared with single-station cold heading equipment.

This machine series offers 4-station, 5-station and 6-station options, suitable for manufacturing hex bolts, carriage bolts, flange bolts, hex nuts, blind rivets, step pins, self-tapping screws and various special-shaped metal parts.
