By driving two parallel rolling dies to rotate synchronously, it extrudes the metal blank at room temperature to form complete thread profiles, without cutting off the metal grain structure.

Compared with traditional thread cutting, cold thread rolling significantly improves the surface hardness, fatigue resistance and shear strength of finished threads, while achieving over 99% material utilization and 5-8 times higher production efficiency.
