With advanced chipless cold forming technology the machine keeps complete metal grain flow of raw materials so finished fasteners own higher tensile strength and fatigue resistance compared with cutting processing which also saves raw material cost without any waste.

Equipped with multi station integrated forming structure the machine can finish multiple forming procedures in one single pass to greatly improve production efficiency and reduce manual operation cost. The whole machine body adopts one piece high grade cast iron with strong rigidity to ensure low vibration and stable running under long time 24 hour continuous working. Core forming molds are made of high wear resistant alloy steel with long service life and easy replacement.
