This two-axis hydraulic thread rolling machine is a professional cold-forming equipment designed for mass production of high-precision threaded fasteners and shaft workpieces. By driving two parallel rolling dies to rotate synchronously, it extrudes the metal blank at room temperature to form complete thread profiles, without cutting off the metal grain structure.

Compared with traditional thread cutting, cold thread rolling significantly improves the surface hardness, fatigue resistance and shear strength of finished threads, while achieving over 99% material utilization and 5-8 times higher production efficiency. The machine supports both infeed rolling for short threads and throughfeed rolling for unlimited-length workpieces, and can also be used for knurling, serration forming and straightening processes by replacing die sets.

The machine body adopts integral cast iron structure with excellent vibration damping performance, ensuring stable operation under high pressure and long-term accuracy retention.
