The daily maintenance of the cold heading machine is the key to ensuring the normal operation of the equipment, extending its service life and improving the processing quality. Daily maintenance should follow the principles of "regular inspection, timely lubrication and thorough cleaning", focusing on the operation status of core components to avoid equipment failures caused by improper maintenance.
First of all, regularly check the core components such as the machine body, crankshaft, punch and mold to see if there are wear, looseness, deformation and other conditions. If problems are found, replace or repair them in time; second, regularly add lubricating oil to the equipment, focusing on lubricating moving components such as the crankshaft, guide rail and feeding mechanism to prevent component wear and ensure the smooth operation of the equipment; in addition, after processing every day, clean the metal debris on the equipment surface and in the mold to avoid debris accumulation affecting processing accuracy, and do a good job in dust-proof and moisture-proof work of the equipment.
In terms of common fault troubleshooting, if the equipment has inaccurate feeding, it is necessary to check the adjusting screws of the feeding mechanism and the wire guide device; if the heading forming is poor, it may be due to mold wear or punch position deviation, and it is necessary to replace the mold or adjust the punch position; if the equipment makes abnormal noise, it is mostly due to insufficient lubrication or loose components, and it is necessary to add lubricating oil and fasten the components in time. Doing a good job in daily maintenance and fault troubleshooting can effectively reduce the equipment failure rate and improve production efficiency.
