What's Hot-dip galvanizing?
Hot-dip galvanizing, also called hot dip zinc plating, as an effective way of metal corrosion protection, has been widely used in various industries on metal structure facilities. Hot dip galvanizing is the descaling of steel components immersed in high-temperature melting zinc liquid at about 600 ℃, so that the surface of the steel components attached to the zinc layer, the thickness of the zinc layer of 5mm below the thin plate shall not be less than 65 μm, 5mm and above the thickness of the plate shall not be less than 86 μm. so as to play a corrosion-resistant purpose. The advantages are long durability, high industrialization of production and stable quality.
