Working Principle and Advantages of Harbin Rainbow Technology's Mesh Belt Continuous Heat Treatment Furnace


Our mesh belt continuous heat treatment furnace is a high-performance industrial furnace designed for stable, large‑batch heat treatment of metal parts,such as screws,bolts,nuts,and other metal parts. It integrates precise transmission, intelligent temperature control, atmosphere protection and efficient cooling, making it widely used in fasteners, auto parts, bearings and small mechanical components.


Working Principle


This furnace uses a high-temperature resistant metal mesh belt as the conveying medium. Workpieces are continuously fed onto the belt and automatically pass through preheating, heating, soaking and cooling zones in sequence. The furnace chamber is divided into multiple independent temperature zones, each equipped with PID digital control and uniform hot air circulation to ensure stable temperature field. Heat is transferred by radiation, convection and conduction. A controllable protective atmosphere is injected to prevent oxidation and decarburization. After heat treatment, parts enter the cooling section and are discharged steadily, realizing fully continuous production.
