Equipped with a PLC control system and intuitive touch screen HMI, the Z28 machine allows operators to easily set and adjust rolling pressure, feeding stroke and production rhythm. Built-in fault self-diagnosis and parameter memory functions reduce downtime and improve production efficiency. The machine can be equipped with an optional automatic feeding system to realize fully continuous production, with output reaching 60–180 pieces per minute depending on workpiece specifications.
