The 310S high temperature resistant stainless steel mesh belt carries workpieces stably, matched with vector frequency conversion transmission to adjust feeding speed flexibly for different process requirements. We configure complete protective atmosphere system to keep fastener surface bright without oxidation and decarburization, eliminating post-processing polishing cost.

Whole set can be customized as single quenching furnace, single tempering furnace, or integrated quenching-tempering linkage production line according to your factory output and workshop layout. We provide one-stop service including scheme design, production, installation debugging, worker operation training and global after-sales engineer support. Its working process includes the following steps: Sending two different kinds of metal wire into the machine firstly, transmitting them into the mould after being cut off.
