Trimetal Composite Contact Cold Header can make six different metals be compounded together under cold state to produce composite contacts according to the technique requirements. Its working process includes the following steps: Sending two different kinds of metal wire into the machine firstly, transmitting them into the mould after being cut off. Then by two times upsetting process, the two kinds of metal become the composite contacts. Finally, the products retreat from the mould and enter into the finished product box.

Our mesh belt heat treatment furnace is a continuous automatic production equipment specially developed for fastener hardware industry, widely applied for quenching, tempering, carburizing and carbonitriding of carbon steel, alloy steel fasteners including grade 8.8, 10.9, 12.9 high-strength bolts, nuts, studs and rivets.

Adopting thick reinforced furnace shell and multi-layer ultra-low heat loss refractory insulation structure, the equipment greatly reduces power consumption and long-term operation cost. Equipped with independent multi-zone PID temperature control system, it realizes ultra-uniform heating to ensure consistent hardness, toughness and mechanical performance of every batch fasteners, effectively avoiding defective products caused by temperature deviation.

The 310S high temperature resistant stainless steel mesh belt carries workpieces stably, matched with vector frequency conversion transmission to adjust feeding speed flexibly for different process requirements. We configure complete protective atmosphere system to keep fastener surface bright without oxidation and decarburization, eliminating post-processing polishing cost.

Whole set can be customized as single quenching furnace, single tempering furnace, or integrated quenching-tempering linkage production line according to your factory output and workshop layout. We provide one-stop service including scheme design, production, installation debugging, worker operation training and global after-sales engineer support.
